Ingredients:
1 fully cooked spiral ham (7–8 lbs)
1 cup honey
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 tsp ground cloves or allspice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or orange juice
1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Remove packaging, pat ham dry, and place in a roasting pan.
Make the glaze: combine ingredients in saucepan, heat until sugar dissolves, stir in butter.
Cover ham loosely with foil, bake for 10–12 minutes per pound.
During last 20–30 minutes, baste with glaze 2–3 times, uncovered, until caramelized.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
